Since the last update, Wii has made a quite significant changes on its firmware, and now the latest firmware is available to download, question is, what will it change?
I’ve already downloaded mine about a week ago, and so far theres no visible changes could be seen, some claimed since they upgraded their firmware, their Wii loads up faster and to some other (like me) we are quite happy and proud to have the latest firmware, although the benefits of this new firmware does not really taken into effect with our Wii.
Now we’re back to our couch waiting patiently until the release of SSBB and Wii Fit, and for now, go back to sleep my beloved wii.

Yep, it’s already available to download.
After finishing with the firmware update, there will be a new update for the Internet and Everybody vote channel in the Wii Ware section on Wii Shopping Channel.
You have to update your everybody vote channel, otherwise it won’t work.
This update brings Wii closer to one stop multimedia system available for TV. Using USB keyboard we can now type our email instead of picking the buttons using the wii index finger.
This is the list known to date the new features which comes with the new update:
- Full compatibility support for USB keyboard
- Links received on the Wii message board now open in Internet Channel
- Can send links to friends
- Can copy text from the page being viewed and paste it into a search

Wii US vs JAPAN
Nintendo Wii menjadi salah satu next-gen console yang revolusioner, dengan tujuan mencakup casual gamer, nintendo wii telah menjadi the best selling next-gen console.
Tidak ketinggalan di Jakarta ini, wii telah menjadi komoditi yang dicari-cari oleh para gamer dan ibu-ibu yang ingin menghadiahkan anaknya ketika mereka naik kelas (kalau jaman dulu kita dikasih sepeda)
Dimulai dari keingintahuan “calon gamer” untuk membeli wii, datanglah dia ke sebuah toko game dengan antusiasme untuk membawa pulang sebuah “gaming system” yang dapat menghibur anaknya (atau suaminya atau kakeknya atau neneknya atau bahkan pembantunya?).
Sesampainya di toko game, dengan mudah ia mengemukakan kepada si abang penjaga toko bahwa dia ingin memiliki sebuah nintendo wii, “Ok jawab si abang, ibu ingin yang ver jepang atau yang amerika?”
